I've been here for 15 years and Median household income is $85,625, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance!
I'm originally from Kansas City and With a population of 7,215, Souderton is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective.
