You can expect to pay around $2,798 for rent here. Rent is about $2,798/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up.
