OK so I've been here for 18 years and Rent is about $972/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $54,427 in South Apopka. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
