Cost of living reality check -South Apopka

Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 17 years and With a population of 7,425, South Apopka is a small town. You can expect to pay around $972 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The school system is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great sushi places. I love the pace of life here.
