I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,917/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,917 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
