Anyone else love living in South Blooming Grove?

We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $464,000, which is pretty steep. With a population of 3,880, South Blooming Grove is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The cultural scene is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in Riverside for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Close to major attractions
- The school system scene is improving

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..
