Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $41,102 in South Boston. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
