Cheapest neighborhoods in South Bradenton?

Curious what people think. With a population of 25,585, South Bradenton is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation?

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
