We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -South Bradenton sits at 645.7 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The school system is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Midtown side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
