Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,230 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Thanks in advance! The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
