Why I chose South Bradenton over bigger cities

Crime rate is something to consider -South Bradenton sits at 645.7 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
