South Charleston is underrated, change my mind

Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $144,800 on average. Median household income is $59,616, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Midtown area are decent. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
