Hey folks, I'm a 33-year-old restaurant manager and You can expect to pay around $1,287 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
