Commute times in South Eliot -how bad?

Hi all, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $437,800, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
