I've been here for 18 years and Homes are going for about $584,400 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
