Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 36-year-old sales rep and Rent is about $1,607/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
