Best kept secrets of South Fulton, GA

Hey everyone, Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $270,600 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
