Worst things about South Fulton nobody talks about

Random thought, I'm a 37-year-old sales rep and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Cheers. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is excellent in most areas.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in North area are underrated. Kids love it here.

I've lived in Downtown for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good schools in most areas
- The safety scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Dallas it's pretty good.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
