Background: I'm a real estate agent, 57, moved here 9 years ago from Austin. I've lived in Cedar Grove and Downtown, and traveled to most parts of the metro.
**What I love:**

**What I don't love:**
1. Rising rent and home prices

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
