Hi all, I work in automotive and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $608,500 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
