Housing market in South Gate — is it worth buying?
Median home value here is around $608,500. Prices are steep but there are pockets of affordability. For those renting, typical rent is $1471.
Is now a good time to buy in South Gate? Or better to keep renting?

If you can afford it, Riverside is the best place to live. Period.
