Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Rent is about $1,471/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
