Is South Gull Lake a good place to live?
My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
Pros:

- Plenty of shopping options
- Active local events
Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited nightlife
- Limited dining options
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Homelessness issues downtown
