Hello, I've been here for 4 years and Crime rate is something to consider -South Highpoint sits at 456.1 per 100K. Rent is about $1,127/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
