Cheapest neighborhoods in South Hill?

Random thought, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $182,100 on average. Poverty rate is 14.9%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much affordable but now it's improving.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.
