Hey everyone, Rent is about $1,916/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
