Hey everyone, I'm originally from Houston and With a population of 21,016, South Holland is a small town. Rent is about $1,914/month for a decent place. Median household income is $87,378, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
