Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,174 for rent here. Median household income is $52,611, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for South Houston? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
