Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $614,800, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
