Random thought, I relocated for work and With a population of 6,132, South Lakes is a small town. Median household income is $89,632, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
