I'm originally from Dallas and Homes are going for about $367,700 on average. Household incomes average around $89,632 in South Lakes. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
