Grocery stores in South Lyon -recommendations?
OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,208/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $83,822 in South Lyon. It's a a small town city with about 11,825 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
