Best neighborhoods to rent in South Miami Heights?

I'm originally from Albuquerque and Homes are going for about $357,000 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'm a chef and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
