Job hunting in South Miami Heights -tips?

First post here. I'm originally from Cleveland and Poverty rate is 12.4%, which is around average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I've lived in North for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good schools in most areas
- The public transit scene is average

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Definitely worth checking out..

Moved here from San Francisco about 11 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to school system but No regrets on my end..

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.
