Things South Pasadena needs to improve

Hi all, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $1,545,100 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,218 for rent here. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
