Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 26,780 people. You can expect to pay around $1,648 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
