First time home buyer in South Portland

Random thought, With a population of 26,780, South Portland is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
