Is South Riding still affordable?

The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -South Riding sits at 194.2 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Came here for family and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The food scene is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
