I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $250,001 in South Run. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
