Random thought, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. Median household income is $68,035, which feels about average for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
