Couple moving to South San Francisco from out of state
Curious what people think. Median household income is $135,909, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
