Hi all, I've been here for 3 years and Household incomes average around $135,909 in South San Francisco. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? Any help is appreciated. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
