Just moved here 10 months ago and Homes are going for about $540,400 on average. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
