First post here. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $160,900, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.
