Honest thoughts on life in South Valley

Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $942/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $942 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Thanks for reading.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The housing market is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
