Hello, I work in real estate and The median home value here is around $205,200, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Thanks in advance!
