Planning a move to South Valley -neighborhoods?

OK so I work in automotive and With a population of 36,605, South Valley is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.

I work in government here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is excellent. No regrets on my end..

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The cost of living is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
