Just moved to South Valley Stream, any tips?

I work in marketing and The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to San Diego it's average.
