So, I've been here for 8 years and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
