Just moved here 9 months ago and With a population of 17,399, South Venice is a small town. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
